Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or information technology or Business Administration
- Have a technical skill in Project Management, and basics of SQL.
- Have Details orientation, Interpersonal and communication skills with English Fluency level.
Internship
EXPERIENCE YOU WILL GAIN
- Conduct and identify client gab analysis.
- Conduct training sessions to the client as per the plan.
- Discuss, confirm & document project plan with the client to confirm on starting date, ending date, and project scope.
- Follow up the implementation process with the client till reaching the go life phase
- Follow up any change requests opened during the project to ensure that all points requested has been delivered.
- Communicate formally with the client to confirm their acceptance of Implementation phases.
- Follow up with client periodically to maintain their satisfaction from the solution.

Your Internship Program Design Concept
To be professional HRIS application consultant, you must talk your client business Language “Talk the Walk”, So you will gain business process knowledge which related to applications you will be train on like HR Management Process.
The most important part of your new profession is knowing your solutions well to offer your clients the best practice of using the solution, plus the journey of implementing your solution. So, you will get system logics and products knowledge of HRIS solutions.
Finally, will share with you our best practices behavior before, during and after application consulting process based on our accumulative hands-on experience.
